HU Foundation Breakfast to celebrate Christmas season
Huntington University invites you to attend the Foundation breakfast on Wednesday, December 7, as we celebrate the Christmas season. This year, Huntington University students will perform some beloved Christmas songs and Emmanuel Community Church Lead Pastor and HU Trustee, Dennis Miller, will share a message of hope and peace.
“I hope you will be able to join us for a festive morning as we celebrate the ‘reason for the season’ with music from our HU students and a special Christmas message from Pastor Miller,” said Holly Sale, Foundation president.
The Foundation Breakfast is held on the second Wednesday of each month, October through May, and is open to the public. It will begin at 7:45 a.m. in the Habecker Dining Commons and conclude by 9:00 a.m. The cost of the breakfast is $10, a portion of which helps to support local area students attending HU through the Huntington County Grant. First-time attendees eat free courtesy of Bailey-Love Mortuary.
RSVPs are requested for the breakfast but are not required. For more information or to RSVP, contact Barb Baker at (260) 359-4069 or bbaker@huntington.edu, or RSVP online.
Since 1938, the Huntington University Foundation has assisted Huntington County residents who attend Huntington University through the annual Huntington County Grant and endowed scholarships.
