Please use the following checklist to ensure we have everything needed to add your faculty or staff profile to the Huntington University website. If you have any questions through this process, please don’t hesitate to contact prstaff@huntington.edu.
Step 1:
Schedule a date/time to have your photo taken by our Media Specialist.
Step 2:
Fill out the Photo/Video Release Form.
You can either scan and email the signed document to prstaff@huntington.edu or you can drop the hard copy in campus mail.
Step 3:
Read and sign the Social Media Policy.
Step 4:
Read our Email Signature Standards.
You can then use our email signature generator by completing the required fields.
Step 5:
Fill out the personnel bio form.
