Dr. Smith publishes book

Dr. Tim Smith, associate professor of history, has published a book titled, “Churchill, America and Vietnam, 1941-45.” According to Amazon.com, the book “offers a nuanced analysis of British policy towards the post-war structure of the European colonial empires.” The book will be released on Nov. 22.
