Alex Dawley

Graduate Assistant

Alex Dawley is in his second year as the graduate assistant for the men’s basketball program. Dawley serves as the Director of Basketball Operations as well as assists with player development, recruiting, scouting and film breakdown.

Prior to coming to HU, Dawley had four years of coaching under his belt with his most recent stop at Bloomington High School South where he was a volunteer assistant for two seasons. He also spent two years as the head middle school coach at his alma mater Christian Academy of Indiana. His resume also includes club experience as an assistant with Indiana Elite 16U the past two summers.  

Dawley graduated from IU in 2023 with a BS in Kinesiology and a concentration in Sports Marketing and Management.
