Matt's greatest treasures in life are his faith, his family, and his friends. He cherishes his wife, Tiffani, whom he met in 3rd grade while she was in 4th grade. They were married in 1996 and are relishing in the journey of watching their three children grow into their uniquely normal, God-given identities.

As a best-selling author, Matt has made significant contributions to the literature world with his books "unSatisfied: When Less is More," released on October 11, 2022, and "unEngaged: Building Flourishing Organizations," released on October 24, 2023. The latter quickly reached best-seller status by November 15, 2023. Alongside his writing endeavors, Matt enjoys a myriad of hobbies including traveling, biking, cooking, weightlifting, writing, speaking, and reading.

Professionally, Matt is the Founder and CEO of Uniquely Normal, LLC, a company dedicated to equipping, training, empowering, and releasing leaders to build flourishing organizations through empathy, empowerment, and excellence. With over 20 years of experience, Matt has had the privilege of coaching and training leaders, teams, and boards of directors in over 40 countries.

Before establishing Uniquely Normal, Matt held significant roles such as President and Chief Administrative Officer for Wildman Business Group, LLC, CFO for Community State Bank, and various Senior Executive roles with Ambassador Enterprises. He also co-operated several businesses in the petroleum industry with his mother for 15 years before selling in 2007.

Matt holds a dual B.S. in Business from Indiana University and an MBA from Taylor University. He is a lifelong learner, continuously pursuing training and certification in various disciplines such as deBono Thinking Systems, Public Speaking and Coaching, Life and Leadership Coaching, Myers-Briggs, DISC, and Enneagram. Additionally, Matt serves as an Adjunct Professor for Huntington University's MBA program and sits on the Board of Directors for Chapman's.

With a rich tapestry of experiences and a passion for learning and leadership, Matt's contributions span across industries, communities, and continents, leaving an indelible mark on those he serves.
