Commencement Schedule

Thursday, May 16

4:00 p.m.- Rehearsal for graduation (PLEX Fieldhouse)

9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.Bookstore hours

Saturday, May 18

8:00 – 9:30 a.m.- President’s Breakfast (Lower level of Habecker Dining Commons)
Due to limited space and time, only parents or spouses of graduates can be accommodated. Graduates should RSVP to pdebolt@huntington.edu.

9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Bookstore hours

11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Lunch buffet - grads eat free (Habecker Dining Commons)

1:00 p.m.– Doors to PLEX building open – a line will form 

1:30 p.m. - Doors to Fieldhouse open 

1:40 p.m. – Undergraduate Class Photo (Platt Arena)

2:00 p.m. - Graduates form a Processional Line for Commencement (walkway between the MCA and Fieldhouse). 
Note: If inclement weather, students will meet in the Platt Arena to form Commencement processional. 

2:30 p.m.- Commencement(PLEX Fieldhouse)
