Huntington University has partnered with Parkview First Care walk-in clinic to provide for the health needs of our students.  Parkview First Care is located just a few blocks from campus.  Students will need to use their medical insurance to cover payment of services, including co-pays. Payment with cash, check, credit or debit card is expected at time of visit.

    Monday – Friday, 7:30am-5pm

Instructions for updating your student life medical history:

1. Go to my.huntington.edu

2. Login to the portal with your username and password.

3. Click on the STUDENTS tab.

4. Select PERSONAL INFORMATION on the left-hand menu bar.

5. Select MEDICAL INFORMATION on the left-hand menu bar.

6. Click on HEALTH FORM link.

7. Once your form appears, fill out/update the appropriate information.

On the portal page https://my.huntington.edu/ics please complete the medical history form.

2.    Select Personal Information
3.    Select Medical Information
4.    Select Health Form
