Huntington University has partnered with Parkview First Care walk-in clinic to provide for the health needs of our students.  Parkview First Care is located just a few blocks from campus.  Students will need to use their medical insurance to cover payment of services, including co-pays. Payment with cash, check, credit or debit card is expected at time of visit.  

Emergency after-hour services are referred to the following medical clinics and hospital:

  • Parkview First Care Walk-In Clinic:  Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm; Saturday-Sunday, 8am-Noon

    Monday – Friday, 7:30am-5pm

All students are required to have the following on file in the Student Life Office:
 

  1. A completed medical history and immunization formClick here to download the form 

  2. Proof of immunization including measles, mumps, rubella, tetanus, TB testing and polio as per current requirements of the American Health Association.

    Proof of Health Insurance valid for the academic year, or proof of participation in the University’s Health Insurance program.

  3. Student athletes are required to have a Health record physical form signed by a licensed physician and returned by the due date of August 1.
