The Indiana Arts Commission recently announced that it will collaborate in presenting a grants workshop for individual artists residing in Region 3. The IAC’s Region 3 includes Allen, De Kalb, Huntington, LaGrange, Miami, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells and Whitley counties.

The Forester men's cross country squad returned to the NAIA National Championships held at Wisconsin-Parkside after making their last appearance in 1999. HU finished twelfth in a 28-team field with a team score of 322, just 29 points out of seventh.

Trista Watson, a visual art education major at Huntington University, will soon showcase her senior projects at the Robert E. Wilson Gallery in the Merillat Centre for the Arts. Her exhibition will take place from Nov. 26 to Dec. 7 with an artist’s reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Dec. 1.

Cindy (Schweikhardt) Brooks, Shannon Egbert, Dan Kline and Duane Kline will be inducted into the Huntington University Hall of Fame on Saturday, Nov. 17. The ceremonies will take place at halftime of the championship basketball game of the Huntington University/Ness Bros. Hall of Fame Classic. Game time is set for 3 p.m.
