The Huntington College Foundation will host its next monthly breakfast on Wednesday, November 10, 1999. Mr. Larry Lance of Youth for Christ will describe his agency’s work with teens throughout the region.

Huntington College’s chapter of the Alpha Chi National College Honor Scholarship Society inducted ten new members during a special college convocation of Friday, October 1 at 11:00 a.m. in the Merillat Centre for the Arts auditorium.
The Huntington Alumni Association presented its Distinguished Alumni Citation to fallen Ontario police officer David Nicholson in an afternoon ceremony on campus today. Nicholson, a police diver, died in 1998 while attempting to rescue a young boy from turbulent river water.
Huntington College’s 1999 Homecoming King and Queen were crowned on Friday, October 2. Before an audience of students, parents, friends, and alumni, the ceremony took place on the Alumni Plaza directly in front of the school’s historic Administration Building, built in 1897.
