Instructions

New Work Order (click on "Maintenance Request")

To log into the system:

Account Name is your network login ID

Password is blank

Click on "Maintenance Request" button

Completion of form - enter the following information:

• Your name

• Phone number

• E-mail address

• Location

This field is a drop down field.  Please click on the down arrow and scroll to the appropriate building location.

• Short description

A one or two word description, such as toilet, light, or too hot. 

• Explanation/Instructions

You can enter specific information.  Please remember to put a room name or room number, which ever applies, in this field. 

E-mail notification

You will receive a e-mail when Maintenance receive the request and convert it to a work order.
