Allwein to present
senior theatre project
Abigail
Allwein will present her two-person contemporary musical, “The Last
Five Years,” as her senior theatre project at 7:30 p.m. April 18 in
the Studio Theatre of the Merillat Centre for the Arts. “The Last
Five Years” chronicles a couple throughout their relationship over a
span of five years. It is a commentary on the dual nature of
responsibility in relationships, the damage caused by
unfaithfulness, and the joy of finding a person to love for a
lifetime. The story has a twist because the male in the relationship
tells the tale from beginning to end, while the female tells it from
end to beginning.
