► TBA This program involves an intensive abdominal and overall core strengthening workout that will not only help you to develop greater core strength but it could also help to alleviate common conditions, such as lower back pain, associated with poor core strength. In this class you will learn a wide variety of exercises that will help you tone your mid-section. We will not only focus on the abdominals, but also the muscles of the lower back, butt, as well as other stabilizing muscle groups. * It is recommended that students purchase a mat, such as a yoga mat, or bring a towel as many exercises will be done on the floor.
