Huntington University gets ready for Oktober Work Fest


    Huntington, Ind. — In the spirit of service and as a way to brighten the community, Huntington University’s Joe Mertz Center for Volunteer Service is sponsoring Oktober Work Fest from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, Oct. 9.

    More than 300 students, faculty and staff will be volunteering during the day at local churches, community centers and schools around the Huntington County area.

    This is an annual event for Huntington University.
