HC professors to be published in College Faith 2

Huntington, Ind.— Two Huntington College professors will soon be published in College Faith 2, the upcoming second volume in the best-selling College Faith series. Dr. Janice Fulbright and Dr. Ann C. McPherren both have stories included in College Faith 2, published by Andrews University Press. The volume features the poignant and inspiring testimonies of 150 Christian leaders and educators as they reflect on their walk with the Lord as students in higher education on both the undergraduate and graduate level.

Fulbright, director of vocal studies at Huntington College, told her story of how in a state of despair, she accepted God’s call to return to Him and began to see how God’s love could be revealed through the arts. Fulbright has sung extensively throughout Europe and performed as a soloist with orchestras across the nation. She has taught in the fields of voice performance, opera/music theatre, languages, choral music, conducting and musicology for over 25 years and has directed and conducted opera and musical theatre productions throughout the United States.

McPherren, professor of business and economics at Huntington College, wrote about the relationships she formed while attending a Christian college, a college she thought at the time could not give her a “real” education. McPherren earned a bachelor of arts degree from Huntington College and received a master of science degree in management science and a Ed.D from Ball State University.
