Huntington, Ind.—The Huntington University Enterprise Resource Center received an Award of Excellence in the best newsletter category at the Midwest Cooperative Education and Internship Association conference on Nov. 7.

The contest was established by the MCEIA Board of Governors to recognize outstanding effort in promoting cooperative education and internship programs. Entries were evaluated on readability, appearance and content.

“It’s an honor to receive this award in recognition of the quality of the ERC newsletter that we use to promote experiential learning to our students,” said Kay Schwob, director of the Enterprise Resource Center. “We have worked extremely hard in finding experiences for our students, and the newsletter allows us to communicate to the students. We have included relevant articles and topics that will encourage students to become involved in the experiential learning process.”
