Huntington tennis swept by Panthers

HUNTINGTON, Ind. - The HU women’s tennis team faced a tough opponent in Davenport University on Saturday afternoon and dropped a 9-0 decision to the Panthers.

The 25th-ranked Panthers left no doubt why they’re nationally ranked as they cruised through doubles and then gave up only five games in singles action to log their seventh shutout of the season.

HU drops to 2-14 on the year. They are back in action on April 21 to host Hillsdale College at 12:30 p.m.
