Wildcats trounce Foresters in straight sets

Marion, Ind. - Indiana Wesleyan University proved why they are one of the top teams in the MCC and receiving votes in the national rankings as they wiped out the Foresters in straight sets (25-13, 25-10, 25-11) Wednesday night at Luckey Arena.

The Foresters struggled to put together much offense, finishing with 14 kills compared to the Wildcats’ 35. Brittany Rooze recorded six kills and six digs to pace the Foresters. Heather Medich tallied five kills and Jensen Carnahan finished with 12 assists.

With this loss, HU drops to 3-6 overall, 0-3 in MCC play. The Foresters hit the road again on Friday to take on Goshen College at 8:00 p.m.
