Nine Forester athletes inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma

Huntington, Ind.—Nine Forester Athletes were recently inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma, a national honor society that gives recognition to college students with both academic and athletic excellence.

Athletes must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher, a varsity sport letter and hold a junior or senior academic and athletic standing to be considered for induction.

Students inducted in 2004 include:

Kyleigh Gast, a junior elementary education major and tennis team member from Claypool, Ind.

Amber Hirschy, a senior business management major and soccer team member from Huntington, Ind.

Kristyn Bollig, a junior psychology major and soccer team member from Anoka, Minn.

Ben Gayed, a junior chemistry major and soccer team member from Huntington, Ind.

Courtney Gullickson, a junioryouth ministries major and track and cross country team member from Overland Park, Kan.

Adam Bontreger, a junior English major and basketball team member from Topeka, Ind.

Melanie Zehr, a senior business accounting major and softball team member from Silver Lake, Ind.

Emily Burkholder, a junior history major and softball team member from West Unity, Ohio.

Jami Fussleman, a junior mathematics education major and volleyball team member from Huntington, Ind.
