HUNTINGTON, Ind. - For the third consecutive year, Huntington University junior Vlad Khudziy has been selected to All-Crossroads League team as voted on by the league’s head coaches.
As HU’s No. 1 player in both singles and doubles, the Moscow, Russia native (Moscow State School #1743), has proven himself to be one of the most dominate players in the league.
In singles action, Khudziy has collected six wins against two losses in Crossroads play this fall with both losses coming from Spring Arbor’s Thomas Calderone. He has been just as successful in doubles action with teammate Jose Hungria where together they have accumulated 7-2 record in conference play.
With only Tiffin University left on the fall schedule, Khudziy has amassed a singles record of 11-4 and a doubles record of 12-4 this season.
The Foresters are currently 5-7 and face the Dragons at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
