HU blanks Grace

 The Foresters left no doubt as they blanked Grace College 9-0 without dropping a set in MCC action.

Tyler Moore made it through both doubles and singles unscathed, teaming with Mitchell McDonald for the 8-0 victory at #1 doubles and downing Brandon Conley 6-0, 6-0 at #1 singles. Gonzalo Vivas and Adam Widener won 8-2 at #2 doubles and Keaton McDonald and James Makula got the 8-4 at #3 doubles.

In other singles matches, Vivas was a 6-0, 6-1 winner at #2, Mitchell McDonald went 6-3, 6-0 at #3, Widener won 6-1, 7-5 at #4, Makula got the 6-3, 6-3 win at #5 and Keaton McDonald went 6-3, 6-0 for the final victory at #6.

"Everyone played well," said Coach Turner. "I was especially pleased with our wins at #5 and #6 singles."

The win evens the Foresters' record at 3-3 on the season and 2-2 in the MCC.
