HU beats IWU to advance in MCC tourney

Marion, Ind. - Taking on #4-seeded Indiana Wesleyan University in first round action of the MCC tournament on Tuesday, the #5-seeded Forester men’s tennis team didn’t play like an underdog as they dominated the Wildcats to claim the 5-0 victory.

HU made quick work of the match by sweeping doubles play and then snagging wins at the top two singles spots to claim the win and stop play at all other positions.

The Foresters (5-5) will go head-to-head with top-seeded Spring Arbor University on Thursday in second round action of the MCC tourney.
