Mishawaka, Ind. - The Huntington men's tennis team registered their second MCC win with a 7-2 road victory over the Pilots of Bethel College on Tuesday afternoon. The Foresters improve to 2-3 on the season, 2-2 in MCC action.
HU started off strong by grabbing two wins in doubles play before snagging five more in singles action to cruise to the convincing win. After splitting the first two sets, Martin Vivas outlasted Joe Rallo in a thrilling 7-5 third set to earn a win at the No. 3 spot. The Foresters ripped off straight set wins in their other four singles' victories.
The Foresters will be competing in the ITA Regionals slated for later this week.
