Huntington, Ind. - The Mid-Central College Conference announced its 2010-11 academic all-conference honorees and among the list were 24 Huntington University student-athletes. A total of 286 athletes from the league's nine member institutions were recognized for their accomplishments in the classroom.
Not only did HU women’s tennis garner the most academic all-conference spots among Forester athletes, they also had the most academic all-conference selections in their respective sport. Men's golf also landed the most picks in their sport with three honorees.

Student-athletes from all nine member institutions who are in their third, fourth, or fifth year of eligibility and achieved a cumulative grade point average of 3.40 or greater for the entire academic year were eligible for the award.
