Tina Wise to present Senior Recital

HUNTINGTON, IN — Tina Wise, a choral music education major from Homer, Alaska., will present her senior recital on Saturday, November 6, at 7:30 p.m. The recital is open to the public and will take place in the Longaker Recital Hall in the Merillat Centre for the Arts. Admission is free.

Tina Wise, the daughter of Richard and Eileene Wise, currently studyies voice under the direction of Joni Killian. She has been involved in the Huntington College Concert Choir and Handbell Choir. She plans to graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Music in the spring of 2005. Upon completion of her degree, Wise plans to obtain a position teaching middle school music.

Wise, a Mezzo-Soprano, will be accompanied on the piano by Joni Killian. The recital includes works from Giovanni Carlo Maria Clari, Gaetano Donizetti, Gustav Mahler, Camille Saint-Saëns, Alice Parker, Andrew Lloyd Webber and an arrangement by Mark Hayes.
