HU Theatre Company troupe takes Broadway show on tour to Fort Wayne schools

Broadway on the Dock, Huntington University 

Huntington, Ind. — Huntington University’s “Broadway on the Dock” is coming to high schools in the Fort Wayne area to perform a Broadway musical-themed revue this spring.

The Troupe at Huntington University, as they call themselves, is comprised of 11 Huntington University students in the theater department and a few other departments. The Troupe hopes to share a love of musical theater with high school students and educate the students about American Musical Theatre repertoire.

The Troupe will perform songs and dances from musicals such as “Hairspray,” “Next to Normal,” “Bye, Bye Birdie,” “City of Angels” and many more.
