Several Foresters continue to compete

In the final outdoor track meet of the season, eight Foresters competed in the Dr. Keeler Invitational at North Central College on Thursday and Friday.

Luke Diehl broke the school record previously held by Dan Lindbloom in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a time of 9:12.73 to finish eleventh. Not too far behind him was Alec Rosario who ran his second fastest time in this event with a 10:06.14. Joseph Herber ran a personal best in the 5,000 finishing in 15:08.79. Kelsey Green was the lone female Forester to compete. She had a toss of 131-11 to finish fourth in discus.
