Pulse transferring to HU

HUNTINGTON, Ind. - Wenatchee Valley College transfer Hillary Pulse is the latest addition to the Huntington University volleyball program. The middle hitter wrapped up her career at Wenatchee with 216 kills, 31 blocks, 24 aces and 68 digs.

Pulse spent her prep years at Cascade High School where she earned Caribou Trail League Second Team All-League honors in 2009 and NWAACC East Region Second Team All-Region accolades in 2011.

“HU Volleyball is excited to welcome Hillary to our team,” said Coach Amy Settle. “Hillary brings two years of top-flight junior college experience to the court. Her ability to hit quick attack options and contribute solid blocking will impact our performance in the middle and her impressive serve will pose a threat to our opponents.”

The Leavenworth, Washington native plans to major in elementary education and is the daughter of Mark and Audrey Pulse.
The Huntington University Foresters compete in 16 intercollegiate sports for men and women. In the past decade, Huntington has produced 46 NAIA All-America honors and 202 All-America Scholar Athlete honors.
