Jay County’s Vogler to bowl for HU

HUNTINGTON, Ind. – The Forester women’s bowling program and head coach Jim Bischoff announced that Jay County High School standout Rachel Vogler has signed her letter of intent to bowl for Huntington University this fall.

Vogler, a three-year member of the Patriot varsity team, averaged 180 for JCHS this past season. She plans to major in nursing at HU.

Rachel is the daughter of Peter and Lisa Vogler of Portland, Ind. 

The Huntington University Foresters compete in 16 intercollegiate sports for men and women. In the past decade, Huntington has produced 39 NAIA All-America honors and 213 All-America Scholar Athlete honors. Huntington University is a comprehensive Christian college of the liberal arts offering graduate and undergraduate programs in more than 70 academic concentrations. U.S.News & World Report ranks Huntington among the best colleges in the Midwest.
