Huntington North standout, Melissa Grossman, has signed her National Letter of Intent to continue her volleyball
career as a Forester this fall.
As a three-year varsity player for the Lady Vikings, Grossman tallied 885 kills, 109 solo blocks and 90 aces. During her final season she was explosive at the nets, recording 348 kills with a 30.9 kill percentage. She also finished with 41 aces and connected on nearly 95 percent of her serves (416-for-438).
"My goal has always been to play in college, and I've always thought Huntington would be a nice place," comments Grossman. "I really like their education program. I want to be a teacher, and they have a really good education program."
Melissa is the daughter of Linda and Allen Grossman.
