HUNTINGTON, Ind.— At the first
Foundation Breakfast of the year, the Huntington County Hometown Improvement (HCHI) will discuss its vision and its action steps to help build Huntington County.
HCHI is a volunteer organization designed to help the Huntington community grow and thrive. HCHI’s primary goal is to develop unified vision and action steps for the county based on the following five pillars: leadership, entrepreneurism, family economic success, youth and philanthropy.
The Foundation breakfast is open to the public. It will begin at 7:45 a.m. in the Habecker Dining Commons and conclude by 9 a.m. The cost of the breakfast is $7. First-time attendees eat free courtesy of Bailey-Love Mortuary.

Since 1938, the Huntington University Foundation has assisted Huntington County residents who attend Huntington University through the annual Huntington County Grant and endowed scholarships. The foundation also supports community arts events.
