university. Tom is a gentle, loving and godly man who exemplifies the
mission of HU at the highest level. The campus community is blessed to
have Tom King on its team.”
Mark Hesting, maintenance technician, passed the award to MacDonald.
first came to know Carla from the delicious cheese balls she's known
for at Christmas time,” Hesting said. “As someone outside of her
department, one of the things I have observed is the great rapport that
Carla has with the students. As I go from building to building
fulfilling my duties, it is always uplifting to see the positive
comments that students post on her board. This, to me, demonstrates
tremendous respect that students have for her."
The Peer Award,
which began in 2003, promotes acknowledgment and recognition of the
outstanding efforts of Huntington University faculty and staff members.
