HUNTINGTON, IN -- The EXCEL Program at Huntington College will host an Open House on Thursday, February 8 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. EXCEL is an innovative alternative degree program designed for adult professionals. Working adults with at least two years of college experience can complete their bachelor’s degree in as little as 18 months by attending classes one night per week.

The Open House will be an informal, come-and-go event designed to give prospective students the opportunity to gain an insider's view the EXCEL program. Guests may take campus tours, visit an actual EXCEL class session, see textbooks used in the program and review students' business research projects.

Prospective students will also have an opportunity to talk with Financial Aid and Admissions representatives. Visitors may bring copies of current transcripts for admissions counseling.

Guests will have time to talk one-to-one with current EXCEL students as well as College faculty and staff. Refreshments will be served.

There is no need to make a reservation to attend. The Open House will be held in Huntington College's Loew Center. Activities will take place in the Lobby area, Rooms 375 and 351, as well as the Faculty Lounge in the Upper Level. Signs will be conveniently placed on campus to direct guests from the intersection of US 24 and Guilford Street.

For further information, call Huntington College at 260-356-6000, extension 1162.
