Renown youth ministry author Steve Gerali to give adolescent development seminar

Steve Gerali KLEIN, Texas — Huntington University’s youth ministry leadership graduate program will host an adolescent development seminar at Trinity Lutheran Church, 5201 Spring Cypress, Klein, Texas, on Feb. 5. The seminar will run from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and will feature Dr. Steve Gerali, an award-winning author, professor and clinical counselor.

Gerali is a consultant and mentor recognized around the world in the fields of adolescence, mentoring, identity development and youth ministry. He holds two doctorates in religion and societal studies/counseling psychology. He has served as the chair of the Department of Youth Ministries/Adolescent Studies at Judson University, director of graduate studies in youth ministry at Northern Baptist Theological Seminary, chair of the Department of Youth Ministry at Azusa Pacific University and dean of the College of Theology at Grand Canyon University. He also serves as a lecturer in youth ministry for six North American colleges and seminaries.
