Mondays & Wednesdays  5:00 - 6:0pm

This is a cardio dance class for every level and every one! It is designed to accomodate seasoned dancers, high-energy exercisers, shy first-timers, and those who just want to forget they are working out. There's a little something for everyone, and the main focus is to just to keep moving. Kick-it brings you dances that only take one class to get the hang of and keep you in shape. Your instructor for this semester will be current student Grace Green. To join please bring the $35 fee to your first session and or email to express your interest.


Sessions begin the September 3 and run through to December 3...except for HU's fall break and the Wednesday of Thanksgiving break.
