The traditional OTD program spans eight semesters over three years in alignment with ACOTE accreditation standards.
Tuition per credit hour is $896 (106 total hours) and a three-year program completion plan with fees can be viewed here.
Huntington University's OTD students tackle innovation in class. Meet two students who saw a very clear need for individuals with mobility issues and they created a simple, effective tool to fix the problem.
Graduate Spotlight
Words like “community” and “highly qualified” may describe HU’s doctoral program, but they also perfectly describe one of the program’s graduates: Alexandria (Bope) Froehlke. A graduate of both the occupational therapy assistant (OTA) and OTD programs in 2021 and 2024, respectively, she is the definition of the Forester traits of caring completely and embracing interconnectedness.
